From 2010-2011, Wolverton worked with the City of Pomona Cultural Arts Commission to develop a Cultural Plan for the City. It was unanimously adopted by the City Council.
Since 1982, CONSULT'HER has provided expert consultations, management assistance, and organization development to a diverse client base including:
- Non-profit arts and social service organizations
- Public and private funders of arts and social service organizations
- Small businesses and sole proprietorships
- Individual artists and entrepreneurs
In 2016, Wolverton was Lead Consultant on a team to conduct County-wide community conversations and develop recommendations for the Cultural Equity and Inclusion Initiative. It was adopted unanimously by the Board of Supervisors.
